Call us and we can help you put together an order. Or we can put you in touch with a Sales Rep in your area.

Where do you ship from? +

For Canadian orders, we ship from our factory in Toronto, Ontario.

For USA orders we ship from Buffalo, New York.

How do you ship? +

We use UPS for small box and various trucking companies for pallet shipments.

Are your products Made in Canada? +

Yes, the majority are made right here in our factory located in Toronto. We also make them with primarily North American materials. Our coffee mugs are from China (as are most) but we decorate them here too.

Can I give you my artwork to make on your product? +

We manufacture custom product for people all across North America and the Caribbean. You can provide art or for a fee, we can make it for you.

Are you environmentally focused? +

Yes! We ensure that our processes meet all regulatory requirements and that all our raw material suppliers do the same.

Does it cost to put our destination name on your stock programs? +

No! We do that for free, as a service, to allow to you give your customers great art with your destination.

What are your terms? +

Our regular terms are Visa/MC with your first order. N30 with AOC for reorders.

What is your lead time for orders? +

Depending on size of course, but we traditionally ship in 4-6 weeks during our busy times (May-Sep) and 2-3 weeks the rest of year
